Keeps returning to login or stalls on session validation

Reauthenticate on the accounts host and verify the session is still valid for the current domain.

Access denied or unauthorized page

Confirm the user has the right profile and that the current workspace is the intended one.

Missing sidebar items

Those modules usually do not appear unless the related permissions are granted.

Settings page unavailable

Check for settings:view and, for advanced tabs, global owner access.

Wrong times on bookings

Confirm the workspace timezone and whether staff are interpreting local time correctly.

Public widget shows no availability

Review service status, valid sessions, cutoff settings, look-ahead range, and capacity rules.

Invitation or verification link expired

Generate a fresh invitation or resend the verification code.
